I wrote about Seasick Steve a year and a month ago but kids these days have such short memories and tinier attention spans it's good to break off a bump for yer earhole now and again. There was rumour a while back that Steve was signed to V2 but I find nothing to substantiate that. He did put out a killer four track EP titled It's All Good last year. This year you can see Steve at Glastonbury, Roskilde, Fuji Rock as well as at The Royal Albert. Steve's train is bound for glory. Hop on and ride.

If i got it right it´s Warner UK Steve´s signed to but don´t they own V2 now? Anyway I´m going to London in October to see him play the Royal Albert Hall... gonna be fun...
ReplyDeleteYup. Warner's/WEA. Album out in September boasting a couple of nice collaborations with Nick Cave and with KT Tunstall on there apparently. First two albums out on Bronzerat, get 'em while they're hot.
